Pertaining to the health issue of diabetes, How does/can your solution help diabetes patients to live healthier lifestyles, providing education & support to master their treatment, diet, exercise and emotional wellbeing?

Diabetes is a disease of lifestyle and is currently the 2nd leading cause of death in South Africa.
Patients need to self-manage their disease in a resource constrained environment, where doctors, nurses and community health workers have limited time to educate and empower their patients to manage their disease.
Sanofi's challenge to start-ups is: How can we help diabetes patients to live healthier lifestyles, providing education & support to master their treatment, diet, exercise and emotional wellbeing?
Submission Requirements
GEOGRAPHIC AREA
This challenge is open to startups incorporated and operating in ANY African country.
MATURITY CRITERIA
1. Innovative solution or service
2. Less than 5 years of existence
3. Early-stage // Seed-stage company
4. That have a tested prototype of the product/service/platform that addresses the problem statement

Required format:
Deck pitch: 8 slides max (ppt, pdf) - MAX 50 Megabytes
Last day of submission: 25th of September 2019
12 start-ups will be shortlisted after the last day of submission - of which 3 will be selected to showcase at AfricArena Summit 2019.
